The products have not been used before, and in its original state in its original cover and includes all cards.

Possibility of returning and replacement

For unprinted products, you must return the product within three (3) days of receiving it.

Reasons for returning and replacing

Receiving the wrong product

Or received a product that is not as described on the site

Or receiving a product that is damaged

Non-returnable products

You are not entitled to return or replace any of the following products: -

First: which have already been used, caused damage to them or have become different from what you received.

Second: any consumables that have been used or installed in something else.

Third: any products free of their serial number or manipulated4: any products that included printing on them.

Fifth: non-returnable products for health reasons, which were opened after delivery, or if mixed with other items after delivery.

How to return

Defective or contrary products for what's on our site.

If the reason for returning is due to an error on our part such as error in product descriptions or difference in sizes or not approved by you in rehearsal design or description, etc.

In all other cases, we will return the value of the returnable product (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you) but you will assume return fees for the product to us.

For products that have not been delivered, you are entitled to cancel the purchase order if you didn't get them.

Refund proceedings

Refund will be similar to the same way you pay it, as follows:

If you have paid the value in cash on delivery, we will return the value to your electronic wallet, and if you have paid the value under a credit card/bank transfer, you can choose between returning the amount to the credit/debit card or placing it in your electronic wallet.

Once the amount is returned, the amount will be returned to you at the same time as we receive and the product is checked by us at our client's creating Centre, then you will receive the final amount as follows : -

If the amount will be returned to your credit/debit card: this will be done within (30) days of the day we receive the product returned at our customer's goods preparation center. Our customer, the product is checked by us, and if you cancel the purchase order before the shipping date, the amount will be automatically returned to you.
